Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on product availability and location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

In-Store Pickup

Select products may be available for in-store pickup. You will be notified when your order is ready.

Large Equipment Delivery

Large items such as hot tubs, swim spas, and pool equipment may require special delivery arrangements. Our team will coordinate with you directly for scheduling and access requirements.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your items arrive damaged or are lost in transit, contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a replacement or carrier claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Eversole Pool & Spa, we stand behind the products we carry and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the return guidelines below.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Item Condition

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Special-order items

Large items such as hot tubs, swim spas, and major pool equipment

Due to logistics and handling, these sales are final.

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees may apply on returned items. Fees vary based on product type and condition. Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for unopened retail items. Contact our team for assistance.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you received an incorrect or defective item, notify us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
