From all of the people we met the first day in the store, to the people who delivered our tub. They all were very helpful when it came to helping us choose our hot tub. One of the most impressive things was that the staff did not try to push a sell, to them it was more about helping us find the perfect spa for our family. I am so happy that we now get to enjoy our beautiful country view, while relaxing in our new Bullfrog Spa.

We stopped in 2-3 times over a 12 month period checking things out. Chad was awesome and not pushy. He helped us pick out what was best for us. Delivery team was in and out in 2 hours. Great customer service. Would absolutely highly recommend them. Master Spa is a great product.

The entire experience was wonderful from beginning. The customer service that we received in the showroom was excellent. They were very patient and took time to answer all of our questions. We compared a few models and they were happy to explain the differences between them. A couple days before our expected delivery the weather forecast called for rain on our delivery date. We called to offer to reschedule but we're told there was no need. Our hottub was delivered and setup in the pouring rain. Even though he was soaked, Tom took time to explain the chemical process. EverSole is A1.

I love Eversole Pool and Spa because they were all so professional, friendly, honest and trustworthy. When we were considering our purchase there was no pressure, they took time to educate us and help us make the right decision. On the day of delivery, it was a wind chill of close to zero, yet they moved forward with the install, on date, on time, with the utmost efficiency. After the install was completed they reviewed everything with us to ensure our understanding! The hot tub is awesome and we are already enjoying it (in mid January!). We will be loyal customers for many years.

They were GREAT to work with. The guys that installed the tub were extremely cautious with our property and very nice gentlemen. I bought the Bullfrog X5 and they had to bring it into my screened in porch that only gave them 1/2 inch clearance on both sides Not a scratch on the tub or the door! Alex was great with explaining the chemical setup. When they left the Bullfrog X5 was hooked up to power and filled with water. Great guys to deal with. I would highly recommend.
